1. Digital Product Policy (No Physical Shipping)
All products sold on IdeaLabTresors are digital downloads and are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- The product file is corrupted or technically unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- You did not receive access to the product after purchase
- A refund request is made within [7 / 14 / 30] days of purchase (if you choose to offer a guarantee)

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products
- We may provide evidence of delivery and access to the payment provider

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer exchanges unless:
- The wrong product was delivered
- There is a technical error on our end
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
